LC-MS amino acid analysis of TAGSAM aggregate OREX-803001-0.

The dataset contains the results of amino acid analyses performed on TAGSAM aggregate OREX-803001-0 via LC-MS. The samples that were analyzed were prepared by implementing hot water extraction and desalting via cation exchange chromatography. The samples were then derivatized using o-phthaldialdehyde-N/acetyl-L-Cysteine before analysis via a Thermo Fisher Scientific Q-Exactive Classic. The results include the detections of amino acids of the C2 to C6 and C8 variety based on chromatographic retention time, optical fluorescence, and optical mass. The purpose of the dataset is to test Hypothesis 2 of the OSIRIS-REx Sample Analysis Plan.
