Description

This bundle contains data from the pyrolysis GC-MS analysis of bulk Bennu aggregate collected from the TAGSAM ; This sample is the hot-water extraction solid residue of the portion used for amino acid analyses; ~1mg of powder was loaded into quartz cups and pyrolyzed at 600C using a simultaneous full scan and multiple reaction monitoring method for IOM-derived compounds (fullscan+MRM). The collection includes three samples, one procedural blank, Bennu residue, and Murchison residue. The bundle also includes information on sample preparation and analytical methods.
