Description

Si isotope MC-ICP-MS raw data for Bennu sample OREX-803231-0(b) (subequal particle from hummocky stone parent OREX-800088-0) run 2. The data consist of Thermo Fisher mass spectrometer .FIN2 raw files containing ion signal intensities for 28Si, 29Si, and 30Si collected for bracketing blanks, NBS-28 standards, and Bennu sample analyses. These data support the Si isotope results reported for returned Bennu materials in the manuscript Preservation of previously unsampled primordial isotopic components in Ryugu and Bennu samples.
