Description
Mg isotope MC-ICP-MS raw data for Bennu sample OREX-800117-112 (aggregate sample; aliquot from homogenized powder of a 1.288 g aggregate, mixed grain size <0.5 cm and mixed particle types) run 2. The data consist of Thermo Fisher mass spectrometer exports containing raw ion signal intensities for 24Mg, 25Mg, and 26Mg collected for bracketing blanks, DTS-2b standards, and Bennu sample analyses. These data support the Mg isotope results reported for returned Bennu materials in the manuscript Preservation of previously unsampled primordial isotopic components in Ryugu and Bennu samples.
