Description

Secondary electron images of the preparation of specimens for atom probe tomography from a CuFe sulphide (isocubanite) grain in OREX-800055-19 via focussed ion beam milling. Images include context images of the sample surface during preparation and side views of milled atom probe specimens mounted on coupons.
