Description

Pictures were taken and WDS analyses were performed in five matrix areas which displayed an anomalous IR signal. Phases examined included a dark carbon-rich phase with strong cathodoluminescence, a coarse-grained phyllosilicate with high Si, Al and Na concentrations, normal serpentine-sulfide matrix, Mg-carbonate and dolomite.
