SEM EDS after SIMS of OREX-803431-100

Description
These SEM EDS data were taken of OREX-803431-100 after targeting specific locations for spot SIMS analyses for carbon and nitrogen isotopes. The grains of aggregate imaged are pressed into an indium metal mount. There is a 100 nm gold coat, which has been removed by SIMS in the specific location analyzed for isotopes.
