Description
HRCL image of a carbonate, dolomite, from sample OREX800045-106. The image reveals zonation during the growth of the crystal. Embedded in the dolomite there is also a brunnerite, that appears dark in CL. Showing simultaneous growth of dolomite and breunnerite in a complex system.
