Secondary electron images and in-beam backscattered electron images of the preparation of specimens for atom probe tomography from regions of interest in OREX-803470-0 via focussed ion beam milling. Images include context images of the sample surface during preparation and side views of milled atom probe specimens mounted on coupons.
