P and S Wave Seismic Velocity Measurement Data Bundle for Bennu Particle OREX-800123-0

Authors

Alan HildebrandLincoln Hanton

Description

The data bundle contains methods description, seismic velocity measurements, as well as supplementary sample reference images, seismic waveform data, and seismic waveform data plots of Bennu particle OREX-800123-0, which has been cut into a parallel-sided slab. Additionally, the dataset will be used to derive dynamic elastic constants of an angular Bennu particle. The sample measurements went nominally without the slab breaking along known XCT-imaged fractures. The seismic velocities were slightly faster than expected.
