Description

This bundle contains data from the one-pot GC-QqQ-MS analysis of Bennu samples collected from within TAGSAM; Powders were loaded into 2 mL total recovery vials, derivatized offline at 85 C with MTBSTFA, and manually injecting directly into the GC inlet. Samples were analyzed using multiple reaction monitoring method (MRM) scanning for silylated amino acids and N-heterocycle compounds. The collection includes two samples, one fused silica blank and Bennu. The bundle also includes information on sample preparation and analytical methods.
