Description

Atom probe tomography reconstructed data from APT specimen OREX-803469-109, analysed in laser-assisted mode. All valid APT data is included, using an extended (Epos) data format that allows generation of alternative spatial reconstructions if required. The data indicates a mostly homogeneous pentlandite mineral phase, with small inclusions of pyrrhotite. A mass range definition file is included with all identified mass peaks.
