Chemical composition of Bennu samples

Author

Kees Welten

Contributor

Description

This dataset shows the chemical composition of three Bennu samples, named OREX-803228-0, OREX-800023-9 and an aliquot of the homogenized aggregate sample OREX-800117-103, as well as of a recent CM2 chondrite fall. After these samples were dissolved for cosmogenic radionuclide analysis, a small aliquot (4-6%) of each of the dissolved samples was taken for chemical analysis by ICP-OES. The splits used for ICP-OES analysis are named OREX-800023-126, OREX-803228-100, OREX-800117-126 and OREX-800117-127.
