Description

Synchrotron X-ray diffraction (XRD) data were acquired at SPring-8 BL20XU on April 20, 2025 at an X-ray energy of 30 keV for a Bennu particle that was picked up from an aggregate following XCT imaging. This bundle includes (1) the diffraction spectrum as tabular data, (2) a diffraction pattern plot, (3) an indexed and annotated pattern plot, and (4) instrument-generated metadata documenting the measurement conditions and data reduction procedures.
