Description

This bundle contains data from the GC-C-IRMS analysis of amino acids in Bennu sample OREX-800107-183. The collection includes 3 hexane blanks, 17 amino acid standards, 7 analyses of the OREX-800107-183 sample, 1 procedural blank, 1 processing control, and 1 derivatization blank. Each analysis produced 1 raw sample analysis file (.csv, containing time and intensity data for chromatogram), for a total of 30 files. The bundle also includes information on sample preparation (samplePreparation_1), analytical methods (methodDescription_1), and the GCCIRMSTabularIsotopicValues .csv file, which contains the Isodat processed data for the entire sequence, including all blanks, standards, and samples. The purpose of this dataset was to measure the molecular average carbon isotope values of the amino acids present in the Bennu sample.
