Description

This bundle contains data from the EA-IRMS analysis of Bennu aggregate water extract of sample OREX-803001-112 and a Murchison control sample. The collection includes 1 dummy standard, 19 blanks, 27 standards, 1 Murchison sample, and 1 Bennu sample. Each analysis produced 2 raw sample analysis files (.csv, containing time and intensity data for gas chromatogram), one for nitrogen and one for carbon. An additional .csv file contains the exported data for the sequence, including all samples, standards, and blanks. For a total of 99 files. The bundle also includes information on sample preparation and analytical methods. The purpose of this dataset was to measure the carbon and nitrogen isotope values and calculate the amount of carbon and nitrogen in the water-soluble components extracted from Bennu aggregate and Murchison control.
