C-K, N-K, O-K XANES on N-rich organic phase

Description
XANES of a FIB section of the N-rich organic phase was found in the homogenized sample. This is particle 2 from the diamond window. Linescans were done to reduce beam damage, and then repeated to quantify beam damage. This sample was beam sensitive.
