Description

Synchrotron scanning XRF performed at DESY (PETRA III) beamline P06 on sample OREX-800045-124 corresponding to parent sample OREX-800045-101. The experiment focused on the detection and mapping of major, minor and trace elements 14 < Z < 41 using 21 keV sub-micron XRF with a spatial resolution of 0.6 micron.
